Import Allegion Written Specs to OEO tool

The ability for a Distributor, if given permissions, to import an Allegion Written Spec directly to the OEO tool to streamline bidding/submittal process for them. This would primarily be targeted to smaller CHD's and Lumberyard type accounts that are not using Comsense or similar type software.
