Overtur Estimate and Order (OEO) is an online estimating and ordering application available to you through Overtur’s 360Portal. OEO allows you to create your own estimates, request quotes and place orders online. You can create cross-reference guides to make ordering more accurate, specify specific product configurations for ordering, and check your order history.
The Estimates tab allows you to create and view your estimates. You can create new estimates by clicking the Create New Estimate button. Current estimates can be sorted and filtered, and you can click into the estimate for more information.
Hardware Sets Tab
The Hardware Sets Tab displays any Custom Hardware Sets you have created. It also shows Allegion-created hardware sets. You can update your Custom Hardware Sets or create new ones from this screen.
Cross Reference Tab
The Cross Reference allows users to add their own custom part number to an Allegion product in order to provide more accurate ordering. You can also export your cross reference to Excel, add products, edit part numbers, and delete products you no longer use.
Quotes Tab
In the Quotes tab, you can view your current quotes as well as requested quotes. Please note that in order to request a new quote, you will need to access the estimate for which you need the quote. A step-by-step guide to requesting a quote is available here.
Order History Tab
The Order History Tab displays previous orders as well as the status of the order. By clicking the 3 dots to the right, you can download a PDF of the order.
Support
By clicking Support, you can access a link to the Learning Center, which has many helpful how-to articles (including this one!) as well as troubleshooting articles and FAQs. You can also access the number for ADS help, and you can create a support ticket for more help if you can't find what you need in the resource center. Most users are able to find the necessary help in the Resource Center, but we are always happy to help if you encounter an issue.
Profile
Profile will display your specific profile information, including your associated email and language preference. You can also review legal information such as the Terms of Service. Finally, you can log out of your account here.
Learning Cap
Clicking the learning cap is the fastest way to access the Learning Center. The Learning Center has helpful how-to guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

Hi. I created a estimate in overture named Florida Stock. I am trying to share this quote with Christopher Brownlee - Allegion Sales (Ft. Myers Fl) but it will not allow me to do so.
